Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Sea Eagle and Aqua Marina orders to the contiguous United States — no minimum order required.
Vibe Kayaks orders ship at calculated rates displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time
• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are processed that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

From the time you place your order, please allow 4–9 business days for delivery (1–2 days handling + 3–7 days transit).

Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. Large items such as kayaks and SUPs may ship via freight or specialized carriers.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Oversized Items
Some large or heavy items (such as catamarans and inflatable boats) may require additional handling time or special freight shipping. Any additional shipping costs for oversized items will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website or by visiting your order confirmation page.
